FAQ

  • What’s included in the QuikLNP Kit?
    Each standard kit includes:
    1 vial of QuikLNP formulation
    GTX buffer for RNA dilution
Detailed usage instructions (in-box and emailed upon order confirmation)
A 1 mL kit can perform approximately 50 transfections or encapsulate up to 500 µg of RNA, suitable for early in vitro and in vivo screening.
  • What is the minimal amount of RNA required per experiment?
QuikLNP is optimized for early-stage research and can work with as little as 10 µg of RNA per experiment.
  • How and when are kits shipped?
US and China: shipped with ice packs
    EU: shipped on dry ice
In-stock kits are shipped within 3 business days.
  • What equipment is required for use?
No specialized instruments are needed. Simply dilute your RNA with the provided GTX buffer, mix by pipetting or vortexing, and you’re ready for cell transfection or animal injection.
  • Which kit should I use for my study?
If you’re unsure which kit fits your needs, please contact us. For novel or demanding applications, QuikLNP Max is generally recommended.
  • Is QuikLNP similar to Lipofectamine?
No. QuikLNP is based on finely optimized LNP technology, enabling both in vitro and in vivo delivery—unlike Lipofectamine, which is limited to in vitro use.
